Data Processing

We collect and process personal data only on the basis of legal provisions. All personal information is encrypted using SHA256 through the AWS Key Management System.

The following personal data will be saved in our database, which is hosted on a server in the EU in a fully encrypted format:

  • First and last name
  • Address
  • Phone number / Email address
  • Company
  • Gender
  • IP address / User Agent (Browser / Operating system)
  • Shipping data including created shipping labels
  • Certificate files & order notes

Legal Basis: Processing is based on contract necessity (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) for orders and consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for newsletters/waitlist data.

  • EU-Server from Greengeeks LLC. for hosting internal MySQL relational databases with backups (Location: Amsterdam, NL)
  • Shopify Inc. EU-based server for managing orders, payments, and personal data

Note: All data is stored on EU-based servers with full encryption. No data is transferred outside the EEA.
